Refund and Returns Policy

At EscaLights, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy carefully before sending back any items.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused stock items that are still in their original condition and packaging.

Once an item has been used, installed, or altered, it is no longer eligible for return or credit.

If you send us back a used or altered item, we will not issue a refund or credit for that item.

  1. Prior Agreement Required

All returns must be previously agreed upon with EscaLights before being sent back. Please contact us at support@escalights.com
to request return approval. Returns sent without prior agreement will not be accepted or credited.

  1. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

A restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

Customers are responsible for freight charges both ways (the cost of shipping the product to you and the cost of returning it).

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Non-stock items and special-order items cannot be returned. These include custom or made-to-order products.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing support@escalights.com

We will work directly with the manufacturer or distributor to arrange a replacement or repair, depending on the situation.

Photos of the damage/defect may be required to expedite resolution.

In these cases, EscaLights will coordinate with the manufacturer to cover costs related to the replacement, and you will not be responsible for restocking or return shipping fees.

  1. Warranty

EscaLights guarantees the original purchaser that all items are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of invoice, under normal and proper use.

Should such a defect occur within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective item at no charge, as determined appropriate by the manufacturer.

This warranty does not cover labor, installation, or freight charges associated with the return, removal, or replacement of defective products.

Any alterations, modifications, or improper use of a product will void the warranty.

with your order details and reason for return.

Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.

Ship the item back in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

  1. Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or credit (minus restocking and shipping fees, where applicable) to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7–10 days for processing after the return has been received and approved.
