Shipping Policy

At EscaLights, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please review our shipping policy below.
- Free Shipping
 
EscaLights offers free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations may incur additional charges. Please contact us for a quote before placing an order.
- Delivery Responsibility
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery during normal business hours.
If an order is returned to us because the delivery could not be completed, the customer will be responsible for paying freight charges for reshipment.
- Split Shipments
 
If a customer requests a split shipment on an order that otherwise qualifies for free shipping, one of the shipments will be billed for freight.
Any split shipments on orders that do not qualify for free shipping will also be charged freight.
- Pole Orders & Anchor Bolts
 
For pole orders, if a customer requests that anchor bolts and templates be sent ahead of the main shipment, there will be a freight charge for that advance shipment.
- Inspection & Claims
 
It is the customer’s responsibility to open and inspect all boxes upon delivery, even if the items are not intended for immediate use.
EscaLights must be notified of damaged or missing goods within one (1) week of delivery. After that time, we cannot be held responsible.
If any items are damaged, photos of the damage are required to process a claim with the shipping company.
No credit or replacement will be issued without proper documentation.
- Processing & Lead Times
 
Orders are typically processed and shipped in coordination with the manufacturer or distributor. Lead times may vary depending on product availability.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
